Training Projects
United States Customs and Border Protection Leadership Institute
CBPLI is a two-year, cohort-based program supporting and training the next generation of CBP leadership. We teach a module on Organizational Alignment, empowering leaders to align team operations with a larger vision.
The four-hour session focuses on assessment tools and strategies to help leaders drive mission-based team outcomes. Participants are at the GS-15 and Senior Executive Service (SES) level of leadership. (Sessions delivered in partnership with the Univ. of Maryland’s School of Business Office of Executive Programs.)
National Heart, Lungs, and Blood Institute's Bridge to Leadership Program
We have taught Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact to multiple cohorts of The Bridge to Leadership program.
These sessions help participants understand the components of great communication, recognize different communication styles, and strengthen their ability to consciously choose and use effective communication tools. (Sessions delivered in partnership with the Univ. of Maryland’s School of Business Office of Executive Programs).
National Academy of Advanced Teacher Education
The Schreifer Group facilitated leadership and organizational development case studies for groups of 40-50 high-performing teachers and administrators on behalf of NAATE.
Through probing analysis and civil debate, participants uncover a range of solutions and draw broader implications in a peer-to-peer learning environment. The case method of instruction is discussion and inquiry-based learning that pushes inductive reasoning leading to deep, high transfer learning.
